NPCC 87-2 bt Long Sutton CC 46-5
Long Sutton won the toss and elected to field first.
Our batting was solid and consistent with Emily, Rose and Jade top scoring.
Fielding and bowling were the standout in this match however. Eliza N again taking a wicket first ball (hope this turns into a habit!! 2-8 runs!) backed up by Ellie S (2-10) bowling superbly again after a shoulder injury last season. Emily M took the last wicket (1-1) to go alongside her brilliant fielding. Rose and Darcie bowled really well too going for very few runs. A really good team performance.

Perrott won the toss and elected to bat first. Our batting was consistent with Eliza and Emily being our top scorers.
Wickets were the key to this match and despite some very tidy bowling it was impossible to get a breakthrough. The one wicket was again taken by Ellie S (1-6)
These games were played in a great spirit (thank you @longsuttoncricket and @bandhcricket) for such a lovely afternoon!!
Such a great chance for some practise and getting ‘season ready’ and fun too - so much to look forward to with this developing young team!! ?❤️
